The goal of the one-day Discovery Retreat is to build consensus, identify opportunities, blueprint brand architecture, and mapping your customer strategy and marketing plans. It includes a series of exercises with a cross-section of your key stakeholders and will be the first step in defining your Value Proposition, Value Discipline, Vision, Mission, and Brand Expectation.
